Merges Page

This section will define merges to be completed using Merge Plugins Standalone. These merges reduce the final plugin count and thus allow room for further expansion. A guide to setup and use this tool for the purposes of this guide can be found Here. Once Merged the mods can be deactivated in Mod Organizer.

Before you begin doing the merges it is advised to sort your Load Order because some mods will depend on others being loaded before them. Go to the Finish Line page and check ONLY the part about "Sort Your Load Order". After all the merges are done do it again.

TIPS

Since this guide is modular this means it includes A LOT of esps. So merging these in Merge Plugins it's hard because you have to click every esp one at a time... ofcourse this you do if you don't know there is a HIDDEN FEATURE in Merge Plugins that, after you shift select all the esps you want to load in MP, lets you check ALL OF THEM at once by just pressing SPACE.

Important: In order to remove the $ symbol that appears in the MCM Menu for SoS mods as Merge Plugins does not merge the two translations:

After you completed this merge, navigate to Mod Organizer\mods\WLSO - Weather Lighting and Sound Overhaul\interface\translations, open SoSConfigMenu_ENGLISH.txt and copy everything inside the txt file.

Next navigate to Mod Organizer\mods\++++ WLSO Merged\interface\translations, open WLSO Merged_english.txt and paste the copied text at the end of the txt file, then save.
 
Note: Ignore the Navmesh message that appears after the merge is finished. It is present only in a test cell.
