** Upon looking up the lore and Oblivion NPC, it was found that Lucien's magic was much higher than Skyrim has it. Therefore, it's been increased.

** In an effort to return the NPC back to as much a vanilla-like state as possible, he Nightingale gloves (too powerful) were switched out with the Jester gloves (more equivalent to vanilla).
