Biome probabilities can be found/edited in METADATA\SIMULATION\SOLARSYSTEM\BIOMES\BIOMELISTPERSTARTYPE.MBIN. Below are the biome probabilities as of Origins 3.03. Note that normal planets and prime planets have different probabilities.
