LOOT: Run LOOT to sort your plugins.

TEST:
- Open the Console and enter the following two commands: TGM and player.setav speedmult 200 (or more).
- Now - go on a scenic tour of Skyrim, primarily checking out the major cities and maybe some ruins, etc.
- Run around and stop every now and then to look around to make sure things look OK.
- Also COC to these areas: windhelm, falkreathexterior01, solitude, morthalexterior01, dawnstarexterior01, markarthorigin, riftenorigin, whiterun, winterholdexterior01, riverwood
- Note: You are COCing to check for CTD and/or other major issues; minor visual inconsistencies (clipping, blending, etc.) are handled later with patches - do not worry about these yet.
